Bow and Arrow Hunting Near South Brunswick?
Police found a dead deer Tuesday that had been shot by an arrow.

Police in Milltown found a dead deer Tuesday that had been recently shot and killed with an arrow, Lt. Chris Johnson told Patch.
The deer was found in the area of Highland Drive woods and the railroad trestle. Police responded to the area after a resident called in to report that someone was illegally hunting there.
Officers located the dead deer, and hunting equipment was also located nearby.

Hunting is illegal in the area: While Milltown and the surrounding townships have beautiful wooded spaces, they are also extremely congested and many people live near the woods, or walk or play in them.
“It’s extremely dangerous; there is just not enough space for it,” said Johnson Friday. ”There are plenty of other places in New Jersey where you are allowed to hunt. Milltown is not one.”
