SOUTH BRUNSWICK, NJ — A night out in Kendall Park on Friday can also help train the next generation of local first responders.
The Kendall Park First Aid & Rescue Squad (KPFARS) is holding a fundraiser for its Cadet Corps at Chaska on Friday. The restaurant will donate 15 percent of purchases to the squad all day, as long as customers mention the KPFARS Cadet Corps when they order.
From 5 to 10 p.m., members of the squad and its cadets will be at the restaurant. The squad’s ambulance will be parked on site. Visitors can meet the volunteers, ask questions about what the squad does, and look inside the ambulance.
