Local Kids Finding Ways to Combat COVID-19
"In a time of uncertainty, MPAMA is providing a sense of normalcy in the lives of children and families."
MPAMA, a local martial arts school in Dayton, NJ, is continuing their longtime Taekwondo, Fitness, and Jiu Jitsu programs online and extending their services to the local community. With over $2,500 donated to local schools through partnerships with local PTAs during the 2019-2020 school year, MPAMA is now working with the local community to keep kids and families active while at home!
In March, MPAMA developed a safe and fun LIVE Virtual Training Academy to continue serving their members in the absence of physical classes! Students are currently training from the comfort and safety of their own homes.
Members are able to log into the virtual training academy, where a team of instructors lead classes and offer both physical and mental benefits to their students. They have the choice between group lessons as well as private instruction with one-on-one class with an MPAMA instructor.

MPAMA is determined to continue providing value for their members and to be a positive influence in the lives of students and the members of the community. MPAMA's goal is to come out of this pandemic stronger than ever and to show everyone that through adaptability and innovation, there is a light at the end of this tunnel.
In addition to online classes for their members, MPAMA is also offering free workouts to the community to help keep children and adults active during this time when physical distancing is recommended.
In all aspects, MPAMA seeks to bring out the best in their students. Martial Arts is known to increase responsibility, discipline, and confidence along with the well known physical aspects of strength, flexibility, and weight loss.
