Man Kicked Out Windows Of Jamesburg Police Car, Cops Say
A man was indicted last week on charges that he threatened and hurled racial insults at Jamesburg police officers in December 2019.
JAMESBURG, NJ — A man was indicted last week on charges that he berated and hurled racial insults at Jamesburg police officers in December of 2019, and kicked out the windows of a police car after he was taken into custody.
The incident happened on Dec. 23, 2019 in the borough of Jamesburg:
Daniel McDonald, 25, of Somerset was indicted for one count of first-degree bias intimidation, one count of second-degree bias intimidation, and two counts of making terroristic threats against police officers.

He was indicted by a sitting Middlesex County grand jury this past Thursday.
Police were called to Stockton Avenue in the borough for a report of a disturbance in a parked car. As police were speaking to McDonald, he became belligerent towards the police officers. He continued to yell and curse at police with threatening language, racial slurs and profanities, said the Middlesex County Prosecutor. When placed in the rear of a police vehicle, he attempted to kick out the window of the police car, said police.

At police headquarters, McDonald continued to threaten acts of violence against police officers, said the prosecutor.
