March For Our Lives Saturday, March 10 In South Brunswick

Starts at 10:30 a.m. at the South Brunswick Municipal Building. Residents, local officials call for change after the Florida school shooting

SOUTH BRUNSWICK, NJ — This Saturday, March 10 a March for Our Lives rally will be held in South Brunswick.

The march will go from 10:30 a.m. to noon at the South Brunswick Municipal Building, 540 Ridge Road.

"We got the necessary approvals from the South Brunswick Police Dept. and the Township officials, and they are expected to participate also," said South Brunswick resident Magesh Kamalakannan.

When asked by Patch if the march was about gun control, he said it was, "more focused on school safety and an increase in awareness among parents and kids on issues that could lead to gun violence."

  • Kids are welcome but parents please take care of them if they are small.
  • Dress code - Preferably Black
  • Please bring your water & Snacks if needed for children
  • Restroom facilities are available at the municipal building
  • Park at the municipal building
  • Please assemble between 10 a.m. and 10:30
