Marchers Protest Racism, Police Brutality In South Brunswick

Several hundred people marched Tuesday in what was called the South Brunswick Community March For Justice & Peace.

SOUTH BRUNSWICK, NJ — Several hundred people marched Tuesday in what was called the South Brunswick Community March For Justice & Peace, to protest police brutality and in honor of George Floyd. It was estimated that the march attracted more than 500 people.

They stepped off at noon at Crossroads North Middle School and walk on Georges Road to Rt. 522 to Kingston Lane and back to Crossroads North Middle School.

Police reported the protest march was peaceful.
