Men Hide From South Brunswick Police In Royal Oaks Monday Night
Breaking: South Brunswick police are combing Royal Oaks, looking for 3-4 men wanted for first stealing gas, then crashing into a cop car.

SOUTH BRUNSWICK, NJ — South Brunswick police combed the area in and around the Royal Oaks development Monday night, Nov. 6, looking for three to four men wanted for stealing gas before crashing into a police car and ultimately running from police. The men remain at large.
The incident started when the men stole gas from a nearby gas station on Rt. 1. A South Brunswick police officer tried to stop them, but they fled. The officer pursued them in his patrol car, which the suspects side-swiped. The officer was uninjured. They abandoned their car and ran from police into the Royal Oaks development on Henderson Road.
The car they were driving turned out to have been stolen from Franklin Township Oct. 31. Police think the four men are from Franklin.
