Family Seeks Missing Toms River Girl Last Seen in Kendall Park

16-year-old Isabelle "Belle" Lavender was last seen Monday in Kendall Park.

A missing Toms River teen was last seen in Kendall Park, the family reports. Family is asking for anyone with information to please share it immediately.

Isabelle "Belle" Lavender, 16, was last seen at the Kendall Park CVS on Route 27 the morning of Monday, Sept. 12. Family believes she is somewhere in the South Brunswick area.

The Toms River North High School junior was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and shorts.

A lead in New York City led to a dead end, and the family doesn't believe she was abducted, but they aren't sure what motives she might have for leaving home, according to a Facebook page looking for her.
