Monroe Man Sentenced For Having Child Porn
Computers seized by police from his Monroe Twp. home contained multiple images and videos of child pornography, prosecutors said.

MONROE TOWNSHIP, NJ — A Monroe Township man was sentenced Thursday to 10 years in prison for possessing images of child sexual abuse, U.S. Attorney Craig Carpenito announced.
Sam Cynamon, 68, of Monroe Twp., and formerly of Springfield, New Jersey, previously pleaded guilty before U.S. District Judge Madeline Cox Arleo to an indictment charging him with one count of possession of child pornography. Judge Arleo imposed the sentence Thursday in Newark federal court.
On July 10, 2017, law enforcement officers lawfully obtained multiple computers and electronic storage media belonging to Cynamon from his home. The computers and electronic storage media contained multiple images and videos of child pornography, including images of prepubescent children being sexually abused.
