Murder Suspect Hid Out In Sonesta Suites In South Brunswick
U.S. Marshals worked with South Brunswick police to find the Trenton murder suspect staying in the Rt. 1 motel, where he was arrested.

SOUTH BRUNSWICK, NJ — A man wanted for a murder in Trenton was found hiding out at the Sonesta Suites in Monmouth Junction this past Sunday, where he was arrested without incident, a spokeswoman for the Mercer County prosecutor's office told Patch.
Stephan P. Green, 30, of Bond Street in Trenton, was wanted for the first-degree murder shooting death of Jibri Chisolm earlier this September in Trenton. Chisolm was brought into Capital Heath Regional Medical Center off Rt. 1 with gunshot wounds to his abdomen and head, and he died at the hospital.
Green was also charged with second-degree certain persons not to possess a handgun.

The U.S. Marshals NY/NJ Regional Fugitive Task Force and Mercer County homicide detectives worked with South Brunswick police to track Green down to the Sonesta Suites on Rt. 1, where he was staying. A warrant was issued for his arrest on Saturday. Police and federal marshals raided his motel room at 8:30 a.m. this past Sunday, Sept. 23, where Green was arrested without incident.
He is currently being held at the Mercer County Correction Center pending a detention hearing.
