National Night Out Tuesday, Aug. 2 in South Brunswick
More than 5,000 people usually attend. Meet your local police; carnival rides, free hot dogs, sodas, popcorn and ice cream.

South Brunswick, NJ - South Brunswick will host its National Night Out celebration next August 2, in Rowland Park from 6 to 9 p.m.
Come join thousands of community members and the South Brunswick Police Department to celebrate the 33rd annual “National Night Out." The celebration will once again be held in beautiful Rowland Park from 6 to 9 p.m. The park is located on Broadway Road near Rowland Road. The 2016 event will have carnival rides and attractions for the kids, with games and prizes for children and adults alike. Free hot dogs, soda, chips, ice cream, and popcorn will be available. Get it while it lasts! Displays from the township police and fire departments, first aid squads, and more will be present. Radio station WMGQ will be broadcasting live from this event.
People attending are encouraged to carpool to the event.

“National Night Out is one of the largest community events in South Brunswick Township each year. It offers a great opportunity for the community to come together with the police to recognize the success of our partnership," said police Chief Raymond Hayducka. "The event celebrates the ongoing commitment to make our community a better place to live. "
There will also be displays from many local community-oriented organizations. Please join us for this free event and help South Brunswick Township residents and police officers join together to help deter crime.
