- Words are Powerful Spirit Day - wear a shirt with an inspirational saying
- Videos and discussions around each character trait of CARES
- Focus on being a “bucket filler”
- Video and discussion on what it means to be “BA Proud”
- 30-day kindness challenge
- Messages to inspire respect during morning announcements
- Pajama Day - put bullying to bed!
- School-wide CARES assembly and respect song
- Respect and kindness pep rally
- Special library display of anti-bullying themes
- Student greeters at all entrances for arrival and dismissal
- NY Jets Upstander of the Week Initiative
- Respect slogan contest
- Mental Health and Wellness Fair
- Interest session for Gay Straight Alliance
- Wear black and gold to show unity and respect for all
- Google Classroom with Week of Respect related resources for teachers
- Positive sidewalk chalk messages at the entrances of the school
- “Spin the Wheel” activity - receive a note of positivity and an act of kindness to bestow upon peers
