New Warehouse Application To Be Reviewed By South Brunswick
Developers have proposed to construct a 115,601-square feet addition to an already existing warehouse.

SOUTH BRUNSWICK, NJ — The South Brunswick Planning Board will be reviewing an application for warehouses in town.
Kenneth Y. and Rebecca C. Yeung have applied for site plan approval to construct an addition to an already existing warehouse. The warehouse will be located on a 14.61-acre site at 2344, Route 130, in the Dayton section of town.
The existing warehouse is 112,781 square feet and the proposed addition will be 115,601 square feet.

The site is located in the I-3 (General Industrial) Zoning District.
The application is on the agenda for Wednesday's meeting for rescheduling. The planning board will application will not be hearing the application.
