North Brunswick Animal Rescue Group Offers Holiday Cat Discount

NORTH BRUNSWICK, NJ – This December, a North Brunswick animal rescue group is offering a 75 percent discount on any cat adopted from Dec. 1 through Dec. 31.

Karma Cat + Zen Dog Rescue Society is offering its “Home for the Holidays” $25 cat adoption special. “Home for the Holidays” will run from December 1 to December 31, and will feature a deep discount of 75% off the standard adoption fee of $100. The promotion intends to motivate local residents to make the holidays merry – and meowy – by giving cats loving forever homes. That's one of their adoptable cats above.

Potential adopters can visit the North Brunswick PetSmart, located at 901 Rt. 1 South, on Saturdays and Sundays this December from 11 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Karma Cat + Zen Dog Rescue Society volunteers will be present to assist with cat introductions and the application process.

Entirely volunteer-run and foster-based, Karma Cat + Zen Dog Rescue Society has adopted out over 1,000 cats and kittens since its 2010 inception. Last year alone, it helped 140 animals find homes. All of its adoptable cats are tested for FeLV/FIV, up-to-date with vaccinations and flea/worm treatment, microchipped, and spayed or neutered.
