“We are proud of Heritage Day’s tradition,” Zastko said. “It is so gratifying to see residents who attended the event as a child and come back years later as an adult with their families.”

Heritage Day is also a celebration of North Brunswick’s cultural diversity.

“We are excited each year to display the talents of our diverse community through ethnic dance, music, as well as the various ethnic food cuisines offered,” he said.

Heritage Day is made possible in part by funds from the Middlesex County Board of Chosen
Freeholders/Office of Culture & Heritage and the NJ State Council on the Arts/Department of State.
