In a tragic update, a North Brunswick man who disappeared last Thursday, Feb. 28, has been found deceased in the city of Newark.

NORTH BRUNSWICK, NJ — In a tragic update to a missing person's case, a North Brunswick man who disappeared last Thursday, Feb. 28, has been found deceased in the city of Newark.
The somber news was announced Thursday, March 7 by North Brunswick police. They said his death is not being considered suspicious at this time, but provided few further details. Brown was located in his parked vehicle in Newark, police said.
David Brown, 56, of North Brunswick, was last seen by his family on the afternoon of February 28.

"Unfortunately, we regret to post that Mr. Brown has been located, deceased, within the city of Newark. The matter continues to be investigated by our detectives and detectives from the Newark police department. It does not seem suspicious at this time," said North Brunswick police Capt. Brian Hoiberg.
Detectives were actively looking for Brown this week and put out an alert for his car, a 2013 Honda Accord.
