North Brunswick Man Charged With Stabbing: Prosecutor

SOUTH BRUNSWICK, NJ – A North Brunswick man was charged with the stabbing another man in the area of Crescent Apartments, Middlesex County Prosecutor Yolanda Ciccone and North Brunswick Deputy Chief Joseph Battaglia announced Wednesday,
Bryan Hinton-Ollivierre, 27, has been charged with one count of first-degree attempted murder and one count of second degree aggravated assault.
On Nov. 30, the victim was driven to a nearby hospital for treatment for a significant stab wound they sustained to their upper torso. Hinton-Ollivierre was charged following an investigation conducted by Detective Sean Gaither of the North Brunswick Police Department and Detective Mark Morris of the Middlesex County Prosecutor’s Office, said police.

According to the police, Hinton-Ollivierre stabbed the victim during an altercation in front of 1206 Crescent Court. He is currently being held at the Middlesex County Adult Correction Center pending a detention hearing.
