Parade To Mark 95 years Of Hermann Services In South Brunswick
South Brunswick Police, EMS & fire department will participate in the parade. The procession will travel down Georges Road at 9:30 a.m.

SOUTH BRUNSWICK, NJ —A parade will be held on Thursday morning to mark 95 years of service to the South Brunswick community by Hermann Services.
The parade will have the original truck used by the company “Old Timer” along with fire trucks from Monmouth Junction, Kendall Park, and Kingston Fire Departments.
Ambulances from South Brunswick EMS, Monmouth Junction First Aid, and Kendall Park First Aid Squads will also participate.

South Brunswick Police motorcycle officers will lead the parade.
This procession of vehicles will travel down Georges Road starting around 9:30 a.m. and stop at the schools along the route – Indian Fields Elementary at Dayton, Crossroads Middle School, and Brooks Crossing Elementary at Deans.

There’s also a contest for students, where they have to create a drawing of the Old Timer. The drawings will be presented to the company over the next three weeks and a grand prize winner will be chosen.
Hermann Leasing will provide the winning students with a financial award in October. The parade is open for all to watch. It is expected to end at 10:30 a.m.
