Plainsboro Man Busted With 18 Decks Of Heroin In Mercer Co.: Police

Further investigation found that Charles W. Spence Jr. had an arrest warrant out of Trenton, West Windsor police said.

SOUTH BRUNSWICK, NJ —A Plainsboro resident was charged after West Windsor police found him in possession of 18 decks of heroin, authorities said Wednesday.

On Aug. 1, police were called to a bus stop on Nassau Park Blvd., on reports of a man intoxicated and needing assistance.

Police found Charles W. Spence Jr., struggling to maintain his balance near the bus stop. Officers found him in possession of 18 decks of heroin, police said. Further investigation revealed that Spence had an arrest warrant out of Trenton.

Spence was processed and charged with possession of heroin. He was released pending future dates with Mercer County Superior Court and Trenton Municipal Court, police said.
