Powder Puff Photos from South Brunswick High
The junior class girls won the 2015 Powder Puff tournament.
Patch reader Azra Baig sent us these photos of the South Brunswick High School Powder Puff games.
After three thrilling flag football games, the junior class was triumphant in overtime, ending the 2015 powder puff tournament and resulting in donations of more than $2,000. Nice job, girls!
This year, the Power Puff proceeds went to three charities: No Dogs Get Left Behind, Hope Loves Company and the South Brunswick Food Pantry.

Powder Puff festivities started on Nov. 16 at the high school, when the players started outdoor flag football practice with their coaches. On Saturday, Nov. 21 the bridges and school offices were covered in green, purple, orange and blue and stayed that way all week to get students pumped up. Also on Nov. 21, the four teams gathered to eat together and celebrate.
