Prescription Drug Take Back In South Brunswick This Saturday

SOUTH BRUNSWICK, NJ — The South Brunswick Police Department will be hosting Operation Take Back NJ on Saturday, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

During this event, residents can safely dispose of unused or expired medications. prior to dropping off the medication, it should be taken out of the original container or the boxes it comes in. Plastic containers or boxes will not be accepted.

Residents can leave liquid medications in their original containers but should ensure that the cap is tightly sealed to prevent leakage. Syringes and other sharp instruments will not be accepted.

Medication can be dropped off at the South Brunswick Police Department.
