Public Meeting Saturday at South Brunswick Mosque
South Brunswick's police chief, Congresswoman, state Senators, Assemblyman and School Board members will all speak at the Town Hall Saturday

SOUTH BRUNSWICK, NJ - Here is an updated list of who will be speaking Saturday, Jan. 14 at a town hall meeting at the Islamic Society of Central Jersey off Rt. 1. All are invited to this public town hall meeting, where South Brunswick's local Congresswoman, police chief and state Senators will speak.
At a time when President-elect Donald Trump has previously floated the idea of banning Muslims from entering the United States, organizers at the Islamic Society of Central Jersey say the meeting is to honor the rights of all Americans to be free from unfair treatment or discrimination. Trump's pick for Attorney General, Sen. Jeff Sessions (R-Ala.), said this week he does not support Trump's proposed Muslim ban and he says Trump no longer wants one, either.
"We are unifiers. This event is to strengthen alliances," mosque organizers say. The town hall meeting is free and open to all.
