Relax & Renew Classes begin May 8th

Does your life feel like a hurricane sometimes? 



Are you feeling stressed-out, overwhelmed or anxious?  Kids, sports, activities, work, husband, house, bills... The list goes on and on for most of us.  I get it. I'm seriously one of those people who have a rough time making it to a regular yoga class and really; with kids around, my meditation attempts are laughable.  I creep away to get to my nice quiet hiding place thinking I can grab my 20 minutes and then, wham- someone is yelling "Mom, mom, mom?" (Why do they only want me when I'm not in the room?).  Or I get the "1000 -other -things-I -am-supposed to-be-doing" mind chatter and find myself too distracted.   I just can't seem to find the time or the place to quiet my mind and body.  

Sound familiar?

Wouldn't it be nice to be able to step into the eye of your hurricane life- that place of calm, cool, collected peace in the midst of swirling chaos?
You can, and it's easy to do.

I've developed this BRAND NEW series of classes that are tailor-made for those who have a tough time clearing the space and time in their busy lives to de-stress.  Each one of these classes features a new way of getting rid of stress in super easy ways.  These one hour classes will give you a chance to both learn the technique (like Tapping; Heart Focus, Essential Oils, Nutrition, Supplements and more) as well as give you the time and space to make it work for you.

Step out of the busy-ness for one hour a week and use these easy tips and tricks to keep you calm, focused and centered, peaceful and soothed even in the midst of your hurricane life. The classes begin Thursday May 8th and run once per week on either Wednesday or Thursday (click through to view full schedule)
