Restaurants Near South Brunswick Open For Valentine's Day

SOUTH BRUNSWICK, NJ — Valentine's Day is just around the corner. Most restaurants have limited seating capacity due to the coronavirus pandemic, so it's not a bad idea to make reservations in advance.

There are several top-rated restaurants that have reservations open for Feb. 14. Patch compiled a list of restaurants taking reservations. Be sure to make reservations early since available times are likely to fill up fast.

Here's where you can grab a reservation, according to Open Table:

Mediterra, 29 Hulfish Street, Princeton: Located in Princeton's Palmer Square, Mediterra is known for its Mediterranean fare.

Mistral, 66 Witherspoon Street, Princeton: The award-winning restaurant is a top favorite. Mistral's menu is developed by award-winning Chef Scott Anderson, whose emphasis is on fresh, local ingredients and artistically plated dishes.

Ficus Above, 235 Nassau Street, Unit A, Princeton: A news restaurant on the block, but one which offers some delectable cuisine made from the freshest ingredients sourced locally.

Seasons 52, 3535 US 1, Princeton: The restaurant is well-known. A comfortable and stylish fresh grill and wine bar that has been a go-to for many in the area.

Eno Terra, Kingston: The restaurant is the site of the Fisk General Store and dates back to the 1860s. Eno Terra is known for its farm-to-table Italian food.

Ruth's Chris Steak House, Princeton: A popular choice for many. The restaurant is known for the USDA Prime beef they serve that arrives cooked to perfection and sizzling on a 500-degree plate.

Catherine Lombardi, New Brunswick: The restaurant has two large fireplaces, an elegant bar and bar room and 21 new windows along George Street and Livingston Avenue. They serve Brooklyn-style Italian food.

Salt Seafood & Oyster Bar, 103 Church Street, New Brunswick: A modern oyster bar that serves a large variety of fresh local oysters, as well as oysters from around the US. They offer a seafood-inspired seasonal menu at the casual bar and the elegant dining room.

Fat Cactus, George Street, New Brunswick: Fat Cactus Mexican Cantina offers authentic and American-style Mexican food.

The Frog and The Peach, 29, Dennis St, New Brunswick: A farm-to-table restaurant and bar serving Chef Bruce Lefebvre's innovative American cuisine.
