Road Rage Fight Leads to Slashing in North Brunswick
One man slashed another several times at the Shoppes at North Brunswick Friday night after a highway heat-up on Rt. 130, police said.

What started as a ”road rage” dispute progressed into one man violently slashing another multiple times in the parking lot of the Shoppes at North Brunswick on Friday night, North Brunswick police announced Monday.
North Brunswick police said the altercation started at the intersection of Rt. 130 North and Carolier Lane at approximately 8:51 p.m.
The two vehicles pulled into the parking lot at the Shoppes at North Brunswick, and the two men began to physically fight with each other, police said.

During the fight, one of the men slashed the other multiple times. The suspect drove off before police arrived, but North Brunswick detectives were able to locate him hours later. Bryan Groves, 29, of East Brunswick, pictured above, was charged with aggravated assault and weapons charges, police said. He was remanded to the Middlesex County Department of Corrections.
North Brunswick First Aid and Rescue responded and treated the victim for non life-threatening injuries. He was taken to a local hospital, police said.
