Scholarship Available For South Brunswick Graduating Senior Girls

SOUTH BRUNSWICK, NJ — The South Brunswick Commission on Women is currently accepting applications for scholarships to be awarded at the Women's Leadership Conference, which will be held Saturday, March 17, 2018 at South Brunswick High School. All graduating female high school seniors who reside in South Brunswick are eligible to apply.

Applications are available NOW at the following locations:

Completed applications must be received by 3:30 p.m. on February 9, 2018.

This scholarship program has been established to recognize and support the leadership activities of the young women of South Brunswick Township who are in their senior year of high school. Please note that the scholarship is open to South Brunswick residents only. The scholarship will be awarded at the South Brunswick Commission on Women’s Leadership Conference and Career Pathways on Saturday, March 17, 2018 at the South Brunswick High School. The scholarship winners are required to be present at this event.

The application process includes:
• A completed application form
• An essay
• One letter of recommendation from a teacher of your choice
• A resume of school and community activities
• An official high school transcript

Please note that an interview may be scheduled.
