South Brunswick Blood Drive Set For Saturday Amid Statewide Urgent Need
Donors can give blood from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the South Brunswick Community Center.
SOUTH BRUNSWICK, NJ - New York Blood Center is hosting a blood drive in South Brunswick on Saturday, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., organized by South Brunswick High School's Public Health and HOSA clubs, according to the flyer.
The drive is being held at the South Brunswick Community Center, located at 124 New Road in Monmouth Junction, as part of what organizers are calling a "Blood Emergency."
Donors are asked to eat well and stay hydrated beforehand, bring a photo ID, feel symptom-free, and meet minimum weight requirements. Donors age 76 and older no longer need a doctor's note to give blood, according to the flyer.
