South Brunswick Board Of Education 2016 Election Results Bring Surprise
The current election results still leave one seat up in the air.

SOUTH BRUNSWICK, NJ— With all in-person votes being counted, Azra Baig, Harry Delgado and Lisa Rodgers have been elected to the South Brunswick Board of Education.
The election results create a problem for South Brunswick officials: Rodgers announced her withdrawal from the race late last month. Because of the timing, it was too late for her name to be removed from the ballot.
Patch has reached out to County election officials for clarification on how the seat awarded to Rodgers' will be filled, and will update when we receive a response.

Baig said she was "sincerely grateful for the support from the South Brunswick community," and offered "heartfelt thank you to all."
"It truly is an honor and privilege to represent and I will remain committed in advocating for the children of this school district," Baig told Patch.
