South Brunswick Community Education Summer Camps Registration

Registration is underway for all of the popular South Brunswick Community Education summer camps.  Complete registration information and forms for the popular and reasonably-priced summer programs can be found in the informative brochure. Camps are open to all area children—they do not have to attend South Brunswick schools.

Day Camps offer parents 7 a.m.- 6 p.m. care, great activities, entertainment and trips from June 25 to August 10.  They offer BASE Camp at Indian Fields School for grades 1-5.  Adventure Camp for grades 6-8 will be held at Crossroads North School.  Travel Camp from August 13-17 will be held at Monmouth Junction School.  

Enrichment Camps has been enhanced and expanded to include full day options.  New for 2012 are STEM Camps, Mad Science, Beginner’s Art, Fitness Fun, In A Kaleidoscope and early morning drop off and late pick up.  Returning favorites include Academic Enrichment (gr. 1-5), Afternoon Adventures, Summer Time Trio (gr. 3-5), Summer Mania (gr. 6-9), Kindergarten Prep, Kinder Fun, Dance Academy (gr 3-6), Advanced Drawing (gr. 6-9), Theatre (gr. 6-9), Advanced Drawing (gr. 6-9), Music Camps (gr. 4-9), Lights Camera Action (gr. 3-5), Poetry In Motion (gr. 3-5), Writing for the Big Screen (gr. 3-5) & Peace Out Film Festival (gr. 6-9). 

Sports Camps will include Baseball, Viking Baseball, Girls & Boys Volleyball, Boys Lacrosse, Girls & Boys Basketball, Girls & Boys Soccer, Gymnastics, Speed & Agility, Tennis, Track/Field, Cross Country, Cheerleading and Girls Field Hockey. They proudly introduce Softball Camp this summer.

In our effort to “go green” the Summer 2012 brochure is available online at www.sbschools.org. They are also available at the Board of Education Office and the public schools. Tuition assistance is available to qualifying South Brunswick residents.
