Kendall Park First Aid Squad Cadets Hosting Wash Fundraiser Sunday

SOUTH BRUNSWICK, NJ – Need a car wash? The Kendall Park First Aid & Rescue Squad Cadet Corps is holding a fundraiser on Sunday, Oct. 4, from noon to 4 p.m. at the squad's building at 121 New Road in Kendall Park.

The cost is $8 per car. Cadets will accept Venmo and Zelle.

"Come support the Kendall Park First Aid & Rescue Squad Cadet Corps at our car wash fundraiser," the squad said in an announcement. "Let our cadets make your car sparkle while you help support the next generation of lifesavers."

A squad member or cadet will be on hand to direct drivers, but the squad shared a few guidelines to keep things moving.

• Enter through the roundabout at the squad's building. Cadets will wash two cars at a time in the parking lot.

• If a long line forms, park in the gravel lot across from the building. A squad member will then guide you into the roundabout and over to the washing area.

• Do not park at the fire station next to the First Aid building. Emergency vehicles go in and out of that station, and the squad asked drivers to keep the area clear.
