SOUTH BRUNSWICK, NJ — The South Brunswick Planning Board recently granted approval for the building of a new warehouse in the Dayton section of the Township.

At the June 23 meeting, the planning board adopted a resolution granting final site approval to Forsgate Industrial Complex L.P. to build a 58,404-square-foot warehouse with offices, car and trailer parking, loading docks, and stormwater management facilities.

The 4.18-acre site is located at 141 Herrod Blvd, Dayton.

Forsgate Industrial Complex, L.P. also has another application to construct a warehouse on 1150 Cranbury South River Rd. Application for preliminary site plan approval with bulk variances to construct a 66,785-square-foot warehouse on a 4.869-acre site.
