South Brunswick To Hear Application For New Homes On Ridge Road
613 Ridge Road Associates LLC plans to build four residential apartments and two residential duplex units on Ridge Road.

SOUTH BRUNSWICK, NJ — The Township’s Zoning Board is all set to hear plans for building apartments, including an affordable housing unit on Ridge Road.
613 Ridge Road Associates LLC is seeking preliminary and final major site plan approval for the property located at 613 Ridge Road, according to public documents.
The developers propose to raze 11,542 square feet of existing warehouse space and redevelop 5,039 square feet of existing office space with four residential apartment units, one of which will be an affordable housing unit. Additionally, they also propose to construct two residential duplex units on the east side of Maple Avenue.

The site is located within the Township’s C-1 zoning district. The developers are seeking a use variance for the single-family homes, which are not permitted in this zone.
