SOUTH BRUNSWICK NJ — The Zoning Board will be discussing the Capital Holdings LLC application to build a three-story storage facility in town, during Thursday's meeting.
The company has applied for final site plan approval with use and bulk variances to construct a three-story, 118,772 square-foot self-storage facility with RV storage areas on a 5.701-acre lot.
The location is 14 Deerpark Drive, Monmouth Junction. The property is located in the Office, Research and Conference Zone.
