South Brunswick To Hear Proposal On Warehouse Expansion
The proposal seeks to expand an existing warehouse facility by 68,411 square feet.

SOUTH BRUNSWICK, NJ — The planning board is expected to hear an application on a proposed warehouse expansion on Ridge Road.
USPF Ridge Owner, LP is seeking variance approval and a preliminary site plan to build additions to an existing warehouse at 461 Ridge Road.
The proposed development will expand the existing 144,451 square foot warehouse facility by 68,411 square feet. According to public documents, 86 parking stalls are proposed including 16 banked stalls.

The overall lot area of the existing parcel is 12.75 acres, according to public documents. The proposal also calls for building a 2,000 square foot office space. The applicant also seeks approval for soil movement and a tree removal application.
The South Brunswick Planning Board is expected to hear the application on July 21 at 7 p.m., during a virtual meeting.
