South Brunswick Students Back In Class After Evacuation: Police

Update: The school has been reoccupied. Police, Fire, EMS, and HazMat investigated and found there was no problem, police said.

SOUTH BRUNSWICK, NJ — South Brunswick High School was evacuated on Friday afternoon after a chemical odor was detected in the school, police said.

Police, fire and EMS are currently at the high school. There are no reported injuries, police said.

Residents have been asked to avoid the area.
