South Brunswick High's Viking Closet is now collecting new/gently-used prom attire, so all students can attend prom in style this spring.

SOUTH BRUNSWICK, NJ — The South Brunswick High School Viking Closet, a club run by all students, is once again collecting new or gently-used prom gown and formal wear so that all local students can attend prom in style this spring.

The Viking Closet will be holding its annual Prom Dress Drive in the months of February and March. The Viking Closet will be accepting donations of new or gently used prom/semi-formal dresses, shoes, jewelry, purses and all other prom-related accessories, said Carla Garcia, a teacher at South Brunswick High and the Viking Closet advisor.

"We will also accept new items such as makeup kits or hair care products, and monetary donations to purchase prom bids and gift certificates that will be part of the free raffles," she said.
