SOUTH BRUNSWICK, NJ – There will be a special meeting of the South Brunswick Panning Board on Wednesday.
And on the agenda and two application hearings for warehouses, both seeking final site plan approvals.
Chemspace US, Inc. is seeking final site plan approval to build a 22,500 square feet warehouse at 1 Distribution Way.

The proposal is to build the warehouse on a 3.2-acre site in the LI-2 zone.
The second application is by Bridge Acquisitions, LLC, which is seeking final site plan approval to construct a 291,758 square feet warehouse/office on 999 Cranbury South River Road.
