South Brunswick Reminds Residents To Renew Pet Licensing

All pet owners must provide current rabies vaccination documentation.

SOUTH BRUNSWICK, NJ — South Brunswick is reminding residents to license their dogs and cats in accordance with municipal code Chapter 14, which governs animal regulations.

Pet owners have several options for registering new pets or renewing existing licenses, including online portals, in-person visits and mail-in applications.

New pet registrations can be completed online at https://sobrunswick.forms.govos.com/f/NEWDogorCat. Residents renewing licenses should use a separate portal at https://licensing-software.com/SouthBrunswick/members/login.aspx.

Those preferring in-person service can visit the Clerk's Office at 540 Ridge Road in Monmouth Junction between regular business hours. Mail-in applications should be sent to Township Clerk's Office, South Brunswick Township, P.O. Box 190, Monmouth Junction, NJ 08852.

All pet owners must provide current rabies vaccination documentation. Dogs must have rabies certificates with expiration dates of Nov. 1, 2026, or later. Cats require current rabies vaccination proof without the specific date requirement.

Owners of spayed or neutered pets must submit certification for newly registered animals or recently altered pets. Previously registered fixed pets do not need to resubmit documentation.
