South Brunswick Schools Closed Monday

South Brunswick, NJ - South Brunswick public schools will be closed Monday, the township decided as of 4 p.m. Sunday. Saint Augustine of Canterbury School is also closed Monday.

Main roads, such as Rt. 1, are good, police said, but secondary roads are only in fair condition and several cars still got stuck on Sunday. There will be Monday morning commute problems, police warned.

Roads will ice up overnight Sunday, South Brunswick’s Police Chief Raymond Hayducka warned.

There will be increased traffic and slippery roads Monday morning. Leave extra time for your commute. Visibility is limited due to high snow piles, so be careful merging on and off roads.

Go slower and take extra caution while driving, police said.
