Since last week the market activity in South Brunswick (and surrounding areas) has ticked up a notch, adding 19 single family properties to the SB inventory alone. Available inventory prices now range from low $200,000's to over $2,000,000. Excluding condos & townhomes. there are just under 100 homes available in town.
There were also 7 new sales reported, since my last post. The frenzied pace has tapered off a bit, but buyer activity is still strong, and properly priced homes are attracting offers within the first two to three weeks of marketing, in most cases.
