South Brunswick's Nat'l Night Out Will Be Aug. 6
The 2019 event will have even more carnival rides, bounce houses and attractions for kids than ever before, South Brunswick police promise.
SOUTH BRUNSWICK, NJ — Every August, the South Brunswick police department holds what is billed as the largest National Night Out in New Jersey. And this year is no different: The 2019 event will have even more carnival rides, bounce houses and attractions for kids than ever before, with games and prizes for children and adults alike.
And it's all free.
South Brunswick police will hold their annual National Night Out celebration Tuesday, August 6 from 6 p.m. - 9 p.m. in Rowland Park. Come join thousands of community members and the South Brunswick police department to celebrate this 36th annual event.

The park is located on Broadway Road near Rowland Road. People attending are encouraged to carpool to the event.
“National Night Out is one of the largest community events in South Brunswick Township each year," said Police Chief Raymond Hayducka. "It offers a great opportunity for the community to come together with the police to recognize the success of our partnership. The event celebrates the ongoing commitment to make our community a better place to live."

The South Brunswick police department will be serving free hot dogs, soda, chips, ice cream and popcorn.
Displays from the township police and fire departments, first aid squads, the FBI and more will be present. The South Brunswick Township Municipal Alliance will once again be sponsoring their Community Unity Pavilion with displays from many local community-oriented organizations.
Radio station WMGQ will be broadcasting live from this event.
