South Brunswick To Hear Dog Boarding Facility Proposal On Aug. 5
The applicant has proposed a dog daycare and boarding facility in Orchardside Drive, South Brunswick.
SOUTH BRUNSWICK, NJ — The South Brunswick Zoning Board is expected to hear an application for a proposed dog daycare and boarding facility in Orchardside Drive on August 5.
This will be a continuation of the application Matthew Coder had filed last year. Coder is seeking a preliminary site plan with use and bulk variance approval to permit the facility on 51 Orchardside Drive.
The property is located in a rural residential zone on a 7.55-acre lot. The hearing is scheduled for Aug. 5, 7:30 p.m.
