Sunday School Teacher Had Child Porn, South Brunswick Police Say

The former Sunday school teacher and soccer coach was arrested on child porn charges, police announced.

SOUTH BRUNSWICK, NJ — A former Sunday school teacher and volunteer soccer coach is accused of keeping and distributing child pornography, Middlesex County Prosecutor Andrew C. Carey and Chief Raymond Hayducka of the South Brunswick Police Department said.

Waldo Milla-Guerra, 49, was arrested at his South Brunswick home on Thursday following a search warrant execution, Carey said. He was charged with distribution of child pornography and possession of child pornography.

Guerra is accused of viewing and saving a number of illicit images of children, and of sharing those images online, Carey said. The exact number of images was not disclosed.

He served as a volunteer soccer coach with the South Brunswick Soccer Club and formerly worked as a Sunday School teacher at Central Jersey Church of Christ in North Brunswick.

Guerra is being held at the Middlesex County Adult Corrections Center.
