On 9/17/2014 I was driving my dark red Acura northbound on Rt. 130 in the left lane. A Coach USA bus was on my right. It veered into my lane causing me to have to swerve left and jump up onto the grassy median and ride for a distance before I was able to get back onto the roadway. My car sustained damage to the front underside of the vehicle. I did get the plate number and bus number and contacted the bus company but the bus driver claims to have no knowledge of this incident and the bus company refuses to reimburse the cost of my deductible which I must pay. My husband and I both saw the bus driver wave out the window in some sort of acknowledgement but did not stop. Since the bus and my car did not make contact, their insurance company will not pay. That’s sad to think I would have had to get hit by the bus in order to receive compensation for my damages. I need to take them to small claims court but need a witness who saw this bus force me off the road. Please call 609-655-4727 if you saw this incident.
