Yoga Classes at the Library
Sessions beginning on May 17 and again June 28. Registration Open.

Find solutions with yoga. Classes now forming at the South Brunswick Public Library, 110 Kingston Lane in Monmouth Jct. Classes are offered throughout the year. The next two sessions begin May 17 and again June 28.
So many benefits are possible from just one hour a week of simple, gentle yoga movements and meditation. For $12 a week, you can change your mind and your body.
According to the American Osteopathic Association, benefits of regular yoga practice can aid: flexibility, muscle strength and tone, respiration, energy and vitality, metabolism, weight, circulation, and athletic performance.

Register for one of two classes of Beginner and Intermediate Yoga. Classes available every Thursday at 5:30 p.m. and also at 7:30 p.m. Please note the new later time - better for those who commute. The later class also now has a new instructor Daria Hartman. She is looking forward to meeting you!
The next five-week session of classes will be on: May 17, 24, 31; June 14 and 21. The cost of the five-week session is $60, payable at the time of registration online or in-person at the Information Desk in the Library.
