• South Orange Planning Board Approves Two Development Resolutions, Postpones Redevelopment Plan Amendment (tapinto.net) — South Orange's Planning Board has approved site plan resolutions for an expanded restaurant on Vose Avenue and renovations at 101 South Orange Avenue, while advancing review of a 15-unit Cottage Street proposal. Members also delayed a Church Street Redevelopment Plan amendment to allow more neighborhood outreach about a temporary vintage-vehicle storage use at 161 Church Street.
