St. Catharine – St. Margaret Parish will host an afternoon of music and celebration this St. Patrick’s Day as internationally acclaimed Irish tenor Paul Byrom, an original member of the beloved musical ensemble Celtic Thunder, performs Songs From Home on Tuesday, March 17th at 3:00 PM, at St. Margaret’s Church in Spring Lake, New Jersey.

The concert will serve as a community fundraiser benefiting St. Catharine–St. Margaret Parish, St. Catharine School, and the St. Vincent de Paul Society–St. Catharine Conference.

Known for his powerful vocals and engaging stage presence, Byrom brings an uplifting program of Irish favorites, inspirational music, and beloved classics that celebrate faith, heritage, and home — making the St. Patrick’s Day performance especially meaningful for the parish community.

“This concert is an opportunity for our parish and community to come together in joy and fellowship,” said Rev. Damian McElroy, Pastor of St. Catharine–St. Margaret Parish. “St. Patrick’s Day is a celebration of faith, family and tradition, and Paul Byrom’s music beautifully reflects those values. We are grateful to welcome him to our parish and to share an afternoon that supports ministries serving families, students and neighbors in need.”

The event reflects St. Catharine–St. Margaret’s mission to foster spiritual growth, Catholic education, and service to others through outreach and charitable works. Proceeds will directly support parish ministries, educational programs at St. Catharine School, and the charitable outreach of the St. Vincent de Paul Society, which provides assistance to local individuals and families facing hardship.

“Music has a unique ability to bring people together, especially in a place of faith,” said Paul Byrom. “I’m honored to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with the St. Catharine–St. Margaret community. To share songs of Ireland and home in a church setting, while supporting such meaningful ministries, makes this concert particularly special to me.”

Tickets are $60 and are reserved seating only. Tickets may be purchased online, or by delivering a check made out to St. Catharine–St. Margaret Parish to the Rectory (215 Essex Ave, Spring Lake, NJ 07762).
