150 Attend Springfield Temple's Solidarity Vigil

About 150 people went to Temple Sha'arey Shalom in Springfield to celebrate a solidarity vigil against hate of all kinds on Thursday night.

SPRINGFIELD, NJ — About 150 people went to Temple Sha'arey Shalom in Springfield to stand on the front lawn to celebrate a solidarity vigil against hate of all kinds on Thursday night.

"The temple would like to thank ALL of the people who participated, especially Rabbi Renee Goldberg Edelman who took time off of her vacation and moving, Erich Hans William Kussman who spoke passionately and eloquently, Rabbi Lerner who came from Pennsylvania, Wendy Jones who made the event happen, Elissa Groskin Zylbershlag who not only addressed the moment but gave solutions, and Alyson Weber Miller who went above and beyond preparing and accommodating everyone," the temple stated.

The temple is located at 78 S Springfield Ave.
