AAA Offers Free Vehicle Inspections

To mark car care month and help motorists maintain their vehicles, the is offering free inspections for motorists on two dates in October.

In a press release, AAA emphasized the importannce of regular automobile maintenance, saying it is not only good for the car, but will also increase its life and improve overall safety.

“Part of being a safe driver means properly maintaining your vehicle,” said Patrick Migliore, manager of the AAA Car Care Center in Springfield in the release. “Although winter weather isn’t here yet, it’s not far away and it’s a good idea to make sure your car is prepped now for the winter driving season.”

The free vehicle inspections will include checks of the tires, fluid levels, windshield wipers, batteries, lights, and belts and hoses. 

In addition to the free checks offered at the New Jersey Automobile Club’s Car Care Center in Springfield, all AAA Approved Auto Repair and Approved Auto Body (AAR/AAB) facilities in Union County are participating in Car Care Month and offering free vehicle inspections.  To locate a facility and make an appointment, visit AAA.com/Repair.
