SPRINGFIELD, NJ — A Pennsylvania man has been arrested in connection with a counterfeit check investigation involving a Springfield business, according to police.
Police said a 30-year-old Philadelphia man was charged with forgery after an investigation into counterfeit checks reported by a business on Springfield Avenue.
Authorities did not identify the business or release additional details about how the counterfeit checks were used or how much money may have been involved.
Police said the charges followed a Detective Bureau investigation into the reported counterfeit checks.
